I don’t know if any of you have read the book “Quiet’ by Susan Cain, but if you haven’t, I recommend you get yourself a copy! The book discusses the differences between introverts and extroverts, and provides so many interesting studies into personality traits and the impact of these on our lives.
If you work with children, I think it is so important to recognise the introverts in your class, and to nurture their strengths and preferred ways of working.
